Sorry, I’ve forgot about this 
The card is en route to Ludkins for shipment to PSA, I should know their prescreen grade pretty soon, for what it’s worth. Still going to take 2-3 months until it’s graded and back to me though.
I see a ton of people on this forum talking about BGS Black Labels, like its actually something attainable … do you guys know how hard it is to get a BGS 10, let alone a Black Label
We have sent thousands of cards to BGS over the last few years through my LCS, not 1 has come back Black Label.
Just so a newby to the site doesn’t get misled, the above example isn’t indicative of value. It’s an anamoly which could play out with almost any two cards.
It is interesting though;)
So for anyone wondering…
I’m 99% sure this is the card I was talking about, as I’ve also got a PSA 9 and PSA 8 one returned but they have noticeably worse centering.
I’m sorry that the back has quite some dust on it, but I couldn’t find that white speck I was talking about anymore. I really like this PSA 10, I was thinking about sending it over to BGS but yesterday I made these pictures and checked the borders and they are about 53/47 on the front, so I’m not taking any chances with it, no point in sending it to BGS.

Having just seen www.ebay.com/itm/Pokemon-Charizard-Japanese-Base-Beckett-9-5-/372033497197?hash=item569eeca86d:g:2tgAAOSwFdtXynOa&autorefresh=true I do think I’d get a 9.5 on centering with BGS, but never a 10.
And is it me or are Japanese Base Charizards a lot rarer now than half a year ago?
