There is one that is given away from the players club that doesnt have the three stars at the bottom that is worth a lot more, usually around $200ish.
that is pretty cheap for a shining neo 3 magikarp last one i saw went to 30 for both gyarados and magikarp
Sorry - I knew it was the Neo 3 version but didn’t think it would be that cheap… but viper.fox you got a bargain with your Neo 3 set I think!
