Shining Magikarp Japanese Holo

Hey everyone,

I’ve been reading up on this card and saw that the CoroCoro Mew has the same design. I don’t know if this is a Holo Bleed/ error for this particular card. I would love your input. The Holo/sparkle covers the whole card. It has a swirl behind the tail. Is this normal for this particular card? Thank you!

Yes, every Japanese Neo Shining Magikarp has the sparkle holo across the card. The exception is the Fan Club Shining Magikarp, which has the embossed/metallic holo pattern.
