I’m collecting full set of neo revelations. Was hoping to get full set of holo bleed / double holo. From looking at other threads I believe my magikarp qualifies given lack of white outline and holo throughout. Would appreciate to hear others opinions. Unfortunately back is poor condition. Hoping to post full binder when complete!
Yes, it is. It’s not as much about a white outline, but the fact that the cosmos holo background extends to the top of the card artbox. You can see the variants for Shining Magikarp here. There are really three versions of the holo, with the first two being categorized as “normal” and the last version being categorized as “double holo error” by grading companies.
