I currently have a small amount of listings on ebay (around 20), although I’ve had upwards of 50+ in the past. I have never been able to figure out how to edit many active listings at a time, and editing them one-by-one is extremely tedious. For example, here are some things I would like to do:
Turn on/off auto relist for all active listings
Change the number of days in the auction that all listings will relist as
Drop every listing by a different amount of dollars right after auto-relisting
It would be super easy if I could view and edit all of the listings if they were in spreadsheet form. Is there a way to do this through eBay natively, or does everybody use a third-party application? I just don’t understand the workflow for larger sellers since listing one-by-one would be prohibitively tedious.
For fresh uploads, you can look at creating listings via spreadsheets - you upload these in the ‘uploads’ section of your seller section. I personally upload as drafts using a spreadsheet like this, for instance.
Thank you so much for the response, @thurco! I have seen somewhat similar guides from googling, but I don’t seem to be able to find the editor. Here is what I see when I go to my selling tab:
Is this within your sellers hub? I can’t remember if its something you have to activate… But first to do any of the things I mentioned, you’ll need seller hub access
This is exactly what I needed! I googled “sellers hub” and eBay gave me the option to start using it and now I have access to editing multiple listings at once. Thank you so much! I can’t believe this isn’t the automatic way eBay gives you to edit listings.
