Hey Guys,
I started selling some of my old cards/ doubles. And I realized what a hassle it is to always fill in the same auction details like shipping, starting offer, etc. Is there a way to automate this so eBay uses the same data every time?

There most likely Is a way to do this however I just copy and paste it and keep it saved to my clipboard while I’m doing a bunch of listings. It makes this equally efficient as it would be if it was just there to begin with.
When I finish listing my first item - it usually asks me if I want to sell another similar item. Hit “yes” and it should use the same details you just used - just swap the item and picture and such.
I used to just click sell similar then it would be identical to that listing and just change out the title, pictures, copy the title and paste it down in the description as well.
Now I use a professional software where I can create templates, adjust all of my listing details at once. For instance if my handling time changed or shipping details changed I can edit one listing and apply to all. Many more other tools but it is a bit spendy unless you are selling a lot.
@ccrntrade , @thecardguyz , Where can I find that option? I just checked and can’t find the option anywhere. I just get sent back to this page:
Edit: I see apparently because I only save them as drafts. Is there a way to do this with drafts as well?
Similarly to “create a similar listing” you can create listing templates that will always be available in your eBay selling platform. Templates will save you a lot of time.
For the UK eBay website (not sure if the German site is laid out the same), just click on “Sell” up on the top toolbar, and straight away there is an option to “Create New Template | Manage Template”.
Go to one of your already published listings and the option should be at the top. Sell similar
@genchiro, There is not a way to “Sell Similar” from a draft. However, a trick you can use is to make a scheduled listing for the future, and then click “Sell Similar” on that.
