Anybody picking this set up? I think this is Himenos only Charizard card? I ordered a few boxes.

A set that that has a nice looking box with Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise on every pack, Tag Team cards that combine the og starters with starters from three different newer generations (with that: a Charizard hyper rare) and my very first starter evolution line with Tepig included?
Definetely Steam Siege 2.0, would’t touch.
…preordered one to open and one to keep staring at weeks ago :stuck_out_tongue:

A set containing a Zangoose but not a Seviper, (T)rubbish!..

In all seriousness though, it got some nice artworks. For some reason I especially like the Ponyta:

Ordered a few of the singles I like just yet. Including the Marshadow with the derpy Pikachu next to it. Not sure why the Marshadow looks pretty well, but the Pikachu so misformed… :confounded:

I’m also excited for more Full Art Supporters. Now if only those English sets would release more often, since I only collect FA Supporters in English (and Japanese exclusives).

Good luck with the pulls everyone!

Greetz,
Quuador

Pardon my ignorance, but is the set really called “remix bout”?? What the heck kind of name is that for a set?? And what does that mean?

@mikejofthecoast, Here is the set. Sometimes the Japanese to English translation is a bit odd, but the set is exciting nonetheless.

Here are some of the tag teams:

She illustrated the one in the Arceus set.
I really like the new Braxien/Charizard one she did though.

Ah gotcha, missed that one.

Forgive my ignorance on this topic, but I’m curious to know what was the deal with Steam Siege? I get that you’re being facetious in comparing the two sets so I’m guessing there was some issue with SS. I was completely absent from the hobby during the XY era, so I don’t know what the rub was for that set.

Steam Siege was released during the peak Pokemon Go hype.

It was printed in huge quantities and can still be bought today. The Ultras in the set hold almost no value
and packs still end up in big GX boxes.
