Rarity? Pokemon Crystal Trainer Boxed Set (Pink box)

I have an open boxed Pokemon Crystal Trainer Set, a collector told me he’s been trying to hunt a sealed one down for years and willing to pay $2k for one sealed and he hasn’t come across any open ones either. Mine is open and the boosters are empty but the cards and all the items inside were never played. Any idea of the value? Here’s a link to it…

Pretty niche item in general and even more niche to find someone willing to pay for it opened so the guy you are in touch with will probably have around the highest offer you can get

Thats me lol yea i was offering $1k for the box but recently paid $2k for my sealed value box. With this being my last item i will gladly overpay. The contents are not even worth $1k (last i checked). This being a rare item and the last one i need, i doubt anyone will touch my buy price

Hi guys, I have a mystery SEALED 2008 World Championship Deck but it’s a single deck not a set (which I have many of those). My question is did they sell these separately? or is it from a set?
