I recently purchased a shadowless Charizard. Now it’s beautiful mint except for one problem… I small to medium sized crease in the middle left side of the card. I paid about 150$ I wanted to send it in to get graded for my personal collection (IT’S MY FIRST SHADOWLESS CHARIZARD) I’m just wondering if it’s worth sending it in or what you think I would get as a grade for it… Should I just keep it in my collection as is?

If there is a creases it will be a maximum psa 6 grade. At that condition it can work well as a binder card, and is gradeable on the low end. Ultimately it is up to you!
Oh and your profile picture is quality! 
With a crease on the card the grade will be reduced quite a bit… typically to PSA 5 to 6 depending on the severity. PSA 5 and 6 already fall within the $150 range so it would not increase value for your purposes.
If your interest is in preserving the card then a one touch or screw down case will do just fine
