Question about PSA labels! prize cards?!

I have a question regarding how to distinguish the Time-Space Distortion promo’s from the Team Battle DP Battle side event at 2007 Spring Battle Roads and the Winter Challenge 2007 events (if there is a difference at all!)

I noticed there are 2 different labels. This is the first label:

This one is, as the label clearly states the DP spring battle roads promo.

This is the second label, which simple says “promo”:

Does this imply the card with this second label is from the Winter Challenge? And if so, how did PSA distinguish between the 2 cards?

They seem identical to me, but I might be missing something.

At first, I thought (if they really are identical cards) this second label was the old label, after which PSA decided to go with a more specific label. Unfortunately, not only were the cert numbers of these 2 cards very close to each other, but the second label only mentioning promo had the newer cert number of the two.

Moreover, I was also wondering whether someone has any sources (other than the psa pop report), or a very rough estimate, about how many of these bad boys were given out?

Any thoughts on all this?

Unfortunately there is no way to know which event each card was given out at unless the person who was at the event and won the card tells you.

It’s kind of annoying that they label the Time-Space Distortion under Battle Road Spring, yet label all Mysterious Pearls as being from the Winter Challenge, it leads to so much confusion, personally I think they should have just labelled them all under the first event they were awarded at.

So it IS the same card than after all? Than why did PSA decide to have 2 different labels for it? At least with the pearl they are consistent haha
