I just unbox the new japanese mega set and got the mega dragonite but the holo is a little bit offset. Is it worth to send it for grading? And does it give a little overpay or just makes the card more unwanted?
If you intend to sell, I would sell as is before more copies hit the market. Otherwise grading it is personal preference imo.

There’s definitely people out there that will want it and potentially pay more than the going ungraded price
I’m no expert on the error card market but I’d personally grade it and keep it for a while instead of immediately selling
