This would be my, here is a brawl inducing, internet breaking 31st anniversary set.
Winds and Waves:
Overframe cards -
Gequa line, Pombon line, Browt line - (there is no border) in their natural habitats that connect forming one big 7.5 x 3.5 art (per each evolution line, not all 9 Pokemon). Art covers the whole card. You pull all 3 together out of one pack if you hit. Textured and holo.
Legend -
Wind and Waves Main Box Legendaries - 2 sideways connecting cards with texture, both come together in one pack. By Akria Egawa, without all the unnecessary extra lines.
Across Generations
Each gen 1-10 gets a subset featuring less popular mons. Gen 10 gets a brand new style of alt art. Different gimmick(s) per gen:

Textured and holo regular (half art) card that also has a bunch of the Pokemon all over the card.
The art in the box is different compared to the normal card. Tiny images of the specific mon are all over the card outside of the artbox. Sleeping on top of the text, one hanging off of a letter or the artbox, a bigger one with the head at 45° popping up from the right corner etc. Each will be in a different style, with the that Pokemon “popping up” in different places. Basic Pokemon only. One shiny variant will be somewhere on the card too.

Classic Collection
31 cards - all textured.
No stamp in art area, instead a set symbol of the pika head etched on the bottom right of the border. Shimmer/glitter borders that are the same color as the typing for half art (the shimmer glitter is what “makes up” the border. All full arts have no border, art/bg extends all the way.
