Call me basic but I like the look of e readers, I know that it sounds lame but I enjoy that they have a function, on the back I would want to try the red borders from trainer a and b I think that it could look really good
Regarding borders we will never be eating as good as in e-series era and hgss era, but i have to admit the rainbow coloured borders of stellar pokemon have been great to look at too
The OG English yellow borders have something special that no other generation could replicate. Eseries takes second place. At first I didn’t like the uneven borders and now I am two cards away from completing a binder.
What if Pokemon saw all of these border options and said, “you know what would be the best looking border to emulate going forward? The matte gray worlds deck promo cards that nobody wants!”
They saw that TPCi language collectors had been clamouring for neutral grey/white that JP has had for 12 years straight and sought to unify the card design forever (under nendo)
