I would go with Arceus - an evil twin Arceus who is actually the creator of the Distortion World, ruling over Giratina.
I think a lot of potential was wasted with the Legendary Pokemon from Gen 4. They could have built an incredible lore around them.
The concept of Arceus as twins, representing Yin and Yang, sounds really exciting to me. It could open the door to integrate a parallel world into the games the player might even find more twin Pokemon. It could also delve deeper into different characters and explore the concept of good and evil in a more nuanced way within the game.
If I could make an opposite to one pokemon I would probably choose victini imagine a loss pokemon victini with a counterpart that decides loss would be so cool
