There is new information about the PSA facility in Germany.
Significant misinformation has circulated across forums and social media regarding how European collectors can access the Frankfurt center. The most prominent rumor claims that submissions will be restricted exclusively to registered dealers and middlemen.
From JULY 15, 2026, direct submission will be available to individual collectors via the official PSA website and portal.
Available from July 15:
• Standard raw cards only (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and major sports cards)
Unavailable at launch (US headquarters exclusives):
• Sealed booster boxes and packs
• Autograph authentication and dual grading
• Non standard or oversized memorabilia cards
If your submission portfolio includes sealed products or autograph authentication, you will need to continue using the standard US submission pipeline.
