PSA Storage

Hi All,

Recently, after a few returns, my PSA collection has reached multiple hundred - some being my collection, and some being inventory.
Currently it’s storage in cardboard boxes, which probably isn’t the safest way to store, and isn’t very space-efficient.

I was wondering:
A) How people store/organise their PSA collection
B) If anyone knows of good storage solutions for the UK (I’ve found a few good options from the US, but shipping is £££)

If this has been done before, or is in the wrong section, let me know and I’ll (re)move it.

Thanks

This has been done many times to answer that question - but that’s ok - we are always here to help. I personally use Lion Goods 4 row black box. It’s awesome but a bit pricey. I’d recommend (if looking for cheaper option) to just DIY your cardboard boxes in the right shape to store them and get crafty. That’s cheap and can be fun. There are also lots of cheap PSA sized rows sold on eBay for decently cheap - but no idea what shipping would be like for you.

I use those big black boxes from eBay for both my graded and ungraded cards. Usually by sets from older to newer.

Here’s the link: www.ebay.com/itm/Graded-Card-Storage-Boxes-PSA-BGS-SGC-by-LIONGoods/131009988448?hash=item1e80cdc760:g:DIoAAOxyVX1RxZZE
But I’m not sure how much shipping will be.

@galalyth,

I just love seeing those cards stored in card savers instead of toploaders. Well done…

There’s nothing wrong with cardboard boxes if they’re meant for PSA storage. Bcw boxes are ok. A lot of people think they need to do the most and purchase a really expensive humidity trap. Card board is dry. It depends more on the environment you are keeping them in than it does the case or box you are keeping them in.

I would totally need a storage like that. I’m having problems with storage of graded cards atm, I have a shelf where I have cards both in piles and in different kinds of small boxes. A storage box like that or two would be ideal for my problems, but shipping to Finland is almost the same as the cost of the box itself…

Does anyone know if those are being sold anywhere in Europe? Or something similar?

Just seeing cards shift back and forth in a toploader always had me paranoid of potential damage.
Card Savers take my worry away!

well as storage goes… in a shoebox(es) XD

Do i spot Power rangers

Awesome thanks everyone!

The postage on LIONgoods boxes is definitely more affordable. Most other options I found were £60+ postage, which essentially doubled the price.

That being said, im with xzini on this - anything Europe based would be great. Guess the demand in the US is a lot higher.

Also apologies, I knew there would be similar threads but I had trouble finding them when using the search function.

Here in the UK I have these nifty rigid plastic cases that have dividers perfect fit for cards in cardsavers for my raw cards and also peli cases for my graded cards. More than sufficient and secure for my needs.

Always wanted some of those Lion boxes as I think they look great and offer the protection. But being in the UK I dread to think what shipping would cost.

I’ve been looking for a solution for storing PSA cards in the UK for a long time and finally found one I am happy with. I use regular card board boxes as well, but this year I decided I needed something bigger and more rigid. Below is what I use, it can be a pain to cut out the foam your self but there are foam options for easier shaping. Seller is in the UK (free shipping!). Here is the link to this case: Hard case for storage

The dimensions are enough to have the PSA cards standing up right. Unfortunately I don’t have access to my cards to show how I have stored them at the moment but have a measure up of the dimensions/size of case you want. Be sure to look at internal dimensions. The seller has other cases as well.

Hope this all helps!

Perfect - exactly what I was looking for and very good price. How many cards (roughly) does this fit?
In terms of the foam options - are they any pre-cut whats/what would you recommend?

Cheers

Check out the gun cases at local hunting/fishing stores if worried about shipping.

I haven’t filled mine out but I think you could get maybe ~200 slabs in there. I might be out by a long way though as I am trying to recollect how many I have in one slot.

As for foam inserts they have pre cube cut inserts : www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Cubed-Foam-Blocks-Easy-Cut-Protection-670x285x50mm-each-for-EN-AC-FG-C402-Case-/391176332719. These are much easier for making slots.

Amazing thank you!!
200 is the perfect amount for now - thats my rough inventory/collection size.

I currently store my few PSA cards in this collector’s chest. Around 30 slabs fit one chest perfectly, the chests themselves are nice to look at on the shelve and whenever you need another one, you’ve got an excuse to open some (Shining Legends) packs. ^^

That’s awesome - looks like that tin was designed to perfectly fit PSA slabs in it.

Unfortunately I need to be storing 200-300 at a time though, which would be a lot of tins!!
