I sent off 2 cards to Psa and tracking says delivered but Psa does not have my order on my profile yet how long does it usually take for them to start the process it is a 10 day turnaround.
Check back at the beginning of the work week. It’s a weekend. And it can often take a couple days anyway.
Did you write “10 day grade” on the outside of the package?

PSA takes about 3-4 business days to enter a package it has received into their system. Keep in mind that your 10 business day turnaround time doesn’t start until the package is entered.
