It is my first time sending to PSA. I sent something 20 days ago under 30 days . so I was wondering if they update the order under the account section when they start processing it or upon receipt, I still don’t see mine yet under orders?
In my experience it takes them a few days just to “receive” your order and post it to your account even though they have already picked it up from the post office. Not once in the past year have I had them take longer than the estimated time from the day they picked up the package to the day they shipped it out. Try and forget they have it and when the email comes saying your order has shipped it will be more exciting. Good luck with your cards.

It should update on your account once they start grading the order.
