PSA posted on twitter that they’re increasing turnaround times in Bulk tiers to 65 days and increasing prices on TCG Bulk to $18.99/card effective tomorrow (April 8). They haven’t posted about this on their website yet but I’ve heard of some people getting an email.

Dosen’t matter what you grade with if you want it for your collection.

With the new 65 day PSA just seems so unattractive.
I think cgc is the way to go then. Even if the cards are worth less, they are an easier grade and significantly cheaper to boot
sometimes its a matter of Psa9 vs regular cgc 10 (for a single tiny flaw) and often the cgc 10 will be more valuable
The pristine 10s also help balance out the difference in price because extra premiums make up for other cards. CGC is less liquid but honestly not bad. The cards still sell without issue
So between pristine 10s, cheaper grading costs, lack of upcharge$, and a slightly easier grading scale the price difference can be often nullified. And if things go sour you dont overpay for grading and actually get your submission back in a timely manner. I hope psa can see that they are giving away business
They might be swamped today but tmrw is unknown, and if people shop around with other companies you might lose them permanently

PSA seems nostalgic for 2020! SGC also increased their tat for the first time in modern memory, from 5-10 to 15-20. Rough days for grading

CGC is a option, just saying. They can grade cards just fine and turnaround times are great. Now for unreleased cards…thats another story. Otherwise there’s litterally no reason not to.
