Hey guys, I’m wondering if anyone else out there is having the same issue as I am. Basically, 3 weeks ago PSA asked for upcharges on my cards that I’ve submitted last September (around 10 months ago) via a middleman service who was managed by another middleman service here in New Zealand. It was confirmed that following my transfer of funds that PSA has received my payment 3 weeks ago and were going to release the cards. However, since then, both middleman services have said there was nothing and no communication from PSA after they’ve received the up charge payment. I am wondering if you guys have experience on how long it took for you guys to pay your upcharges and then for your slabs to be sent out? Thank you!
