psa and first edition

Hi guys I’m new to the forum and I have two questions.

First is how much does a slight warping of a card affect its psa grade? Will putting the card under a heavy book fix the problem?

Second do you guys think pokemon will ever come back out with the first edition prints? Are there any rumors of bringing first editions back? I never got first editions as a kid and now as a collector I really wish they would come out with it again.

As far as I know natural warping does not effect the grade

If the warping is significant, you might get a slight deduction because the appeal of the card overall is affected. Minor warping has not affected my grades in the past.

There is no information suggesting they will release 1st Editions again in English. I do not imagine them ever bringing them back.
