PSA 10 Illustrator is Now Available for Purchase

I love how even in the video he couldnt explain why there was a difference between a 9 and a 10 being $300,000 more other than “its ridiculous”. The premium for 10’s imo really should be looked into more. A $300,000 difference when a 9 could look better in some instances is pretty crucial especially if youre looking into it later down the road, but if he likes the card then it is what it is. Im hoping the bubble bursts though. Seeing the end of that video with the news makes me wonder how many people get it in their head that they should also just put their stock into pokemon when it comes to situations like that on a regional blast.

I love the little blip about caution in the midst of a 6-minute orgy of fomo and money.

I’m based in Australia and that’s where this aired. The project is a “comedy” news based program some of the journalism can be a little over the top….the guy they interviewing is known in Australia as running a welcome stranger and being a absolute dirty scammer…. From dodgy towers to overpriced singles. He prays on ppl new to the hobby that don’t no any better.

When you already have a PSA 9, it makes no sense to shell out that money for a PSA 9 PSA 10

About fractional ownership I wonder, what the people who put money into the fractional ownership will actually think and if he’ll sell it without “asking” the people who paid for “ownership” of the card. I feel bad for them but also it was probably mostly children who bought into it

I think the TOS says if someone has 51% ownership they have control of the card and may sell. He never gave the opportunity or sold more than 49% of the card to the open market. So he always had control of the card and could sell it freely.

I never read the TOS I just thought that it worked in the sense that it was a group of people who would decide things but he would own 49% so nothing would ever happen (also I’m sure that it was rigged and one of his affiliates bought 1 percent so that nobody else could buy it, I might go read the tos and figure out the exact parameters

From the OSC filings:

Funny this was submitted on February 19th. A day before Logan publicizes he wants to sell.

Probably being sold to fund fines and restitution.

Interesting. I hope this isn’t too far off topic but are the 49% fractional owners able to sell their ownership stake at any point in time or are they stuck with it until the actual card is sold?

For example, let’s say I purchased 1% ownership of this card then decided I wanted out. Could I sell that 1% ownership to someone else and realize a profit or loss at that time? Or can I only exit my position when the majority stakeholder decides to sell the card?

Here’s the link for the legals all the information on buying and selling is under the Second Fees and Taxes  Yes the second one I think they made an error, also all of this seems very geared towards the illustrator but also there are a couple lines that make me a little wary on whether or not he has the right to sell, but then again this site was created for rug pulls and scams so idk,

It’s also worth noting that Logan Paul Co-Owns this site to my knowledge
Liquid Marketplace.

Thanks. I was mainly curious if it would be possible for the majority owner to manipulate the value of the tokens (which seemingly represent a portion of the collectible) by leaking a ‘verbal agreement’ to sell the underlying collectible at a certain price. Still not sure but I’m leaning toward yes.
