PSA 10 1st Edition Shining Mewtwo without Stamp?

Just came across this listing for a PSA 10 1st Edition Shining Mewtwo and the PSA label says that it is first edition, however it doesn’t have the 1st edition stamp? Here is the listing:

PSA mislabeled it as the 1st edition variant. Happens every now and then.
