PSA 10 1st Edition Charizard

I noticed a PSA 10 1st edition charizard just went for $12,100 USD on an auction.

Seems kind of low I thought.

Funny enough, looking a bit more at ebay history, I notice this exact user sold the exact same charizard 10 in December for $17,700 (pictures have the same PSA identification number).

So I am guessing either that deal did not go through, or there’s some sketchy business going on here.

Compare this to one sold in November for $40,000 USD

Perhaps price was low for the recent ones because of the eBay account selling it?
Thoughts?

This seller has “sold” this exact card over 10 times already. It’s a long running scam. Most people know to steer clear of it, hence the lower final price.
