Do we know how print runs for WOTC promos compare to one another? For example, did they print a lot for the first movie compared to the 4th.
Unfortunately this is something that was never publicly released. Outside of 1st Ed Base, no other sets print was released. Even in the case of 1st Ed Base, it’s a general ratio to Unlimited. Wotc’s intended target release was always rumored to be 1 1st Ed run and 10 unlimited. Base set is the truest to that ratio.
Same is true for promos. There is no public information. It’s all a second hand estimation.

Why are print run quantities are such a mystery? Surely some have tried to gather this information.
WOTC has not revealed the information and there’s no reliable way to quantify it otherwise
