I would get this is heavily influenced by the performance of JP modern compared to EN Modern - both in terms of supply and demand. JP still is a smaller pool so you don’t need as much $$$ to keep things afloat. (obv I’m making some big assumptions in there but that’s just where I start to hypothesize!)

Inclusive of promos.
