it’s pretty hard to find sales data for graded Lugia ex from Golden Sky, Silvery Ocean (Japanese Unseen Forces). My card is unlimited, but judging by the pop report, 1st Ed and UED seems to be fairly evenly distributed (pop 29 and 22 respectively).
How would you value it?
Based on the way other rare and high-graded Japanese ex have been selling recently, I would place the price around 250-350.

Judging by this price alone it seems like it was mostly unaffected by the massive surge in other areas.

It has depended a lot on exposure. Highly graded Japanese ex cards on PWCC have fetched record prices like everything else, especially popular ones like Team Rocket Returns and Unseen Forces. The higher tier ones are now selling in that 250-350 range, with stuff like Charizard and Rocket’s Mewtwo at the top if not more. However I would worry about just throwing your own up for auction if you were looking to sell as lesser-known sellers have not gotten as much.
Raw card prices are still fairly affordable although you’re starting to have to pay $40-50 for the bigger ex in NM condition (maybe $75 for R mewtwo and $100+ for Zord) on Japanese marketplaces, so that’s the floor right there.
The market interest is mostly not there for Japanese ex as of yet. But it has benefitted from the 2020 surge, moreso in sales ability than sales price. I usually struggled to move any of my extras, that has not been the case recently even if the prices haven’t gone 10x.
