Aren’t there multiple versions of these cards?
I researched this awhile ago so my memory may be a bit fuzzy, but I thought there were some cheaper copies that weren’t from E3 but also had the English front and Japanese back. I actually had these cards, but can’t remember what else made them different from the E3 ons (if anything).
The only cards with English front and Japanese backs are the Sample Set, and the E3 Promos. That’s it.
Well, that’s a shame, because I practically gave away both E3 promos.
I been struggling to sell only the Pichu ONLY… NOT THE SET because I never posted the set online before. The Pichu in My set is in better condition than the one I have listed alone. The Pichu/Hoppip set that I’m about to post on ebay for the first time was the one I was going to send out for grading. Hoping for at least a PSA 8, so they can be the first ones to be graded.
I’m so happy with this one, thanks to the ones that gave me advice

Again a pretty long time ago since the last update!
(Mostly because I’m saving up to buy a lot of stuff on a convention in 2 weeks!)

I see these on Troll&Toad for $110. Is that the real value? Or is it lower or even higher? Has anyone seen these before? I’ve never seen these before. Not on ebay, not in real life…

They also aren’t made of the same material as the current playmats and are also a bit bigger.

Cool even though I don’t know what most of this stuff is- I can appreciate it’s all rare!
Nah, he messaged me and asked about them already. I had no clue these existed, but I wasn’t involved in early competitive play, which these appear to have come from.
That framed sheet is very nice! How do these things survive…they’re so big they must get folded, rolled, or dented!?
