Chrome Gains:

Somehow I found a complete series 2 tekno set. I’m not sure who put it together as the seller “didn’t know where he got it from” I think it might have been a give away set or something to an employee. I guess it’s possible that they were all pulled from packs and someone just pawend their set off. Either way it’s the only complete set I have ever heard of. They are very near pack fresh condition.

I have a decent stash of Topps cards in a box somewhere, from years of eBay purchases. I’ll dig them out sometime and see if you’re interested in any . . . I personally have no interest in them and would be willing to let them go for next to nothing.

I updated my imgur album with all the scans. Might be the only set of scans that exist out there. This is the first complete series 1 and 2 set I have ever heard of.

I’ve never paid much attention to Topps Pokemon Cards; however, awhile back, I came across a Topps Chrome - Sparkle Machop Card. I thought that card was just the coolest thing - looked AMAZING! I actually jumped on eBay and see about purchasing the whole set (not knowing they had any real value) and man was I shocked at the pricing / sales history of those cards! Not to mention, there were only a few different cards listed - so I settled with the normal Topps Chrome Series 1 and 2.

I could not imagine how cool all of the different Chrome Versions look as complete sets! That’s some dedication right there - I get frustrated when I can’t find something I want to purchase for my collection for a few days / week! LOL

I recently saw one in person as well - they look absolutely incredible. Even the art on some of them is really neat.

I just checked the other night and the first purchase that I made to start my topps collection (other than when I was little) was back in june of 2015. So it’s just been about 3 year. I am trying to find the last 6 cards that I need to complete the English sets before then. I’m feeling lucky.
