I purchased these on ebay and I need help knowing if they are fake or real I can show a picture of them on here 
Fake, unfortunately. I’m sometimes amused by fake cards in how they try to mimic the real ones; usually the cheaper they are made, the worse they look. The full arts look to have no texture, which is incorrect. They look almost like a holo that was rubbed with acetone. If you feel them on the back and compare it to a real card you may see a difference, also in smell, thickness, clarity, etc.
See if you can get your money back through paypal.
How much did you pay for them? They currently sell for $150ish, if you paid $20 USD or so then that should have been your first red flag.
The seller was new and had no experience in them and I haven’t gotten them yet i will add a better picture on here as soon as i get them so everyone can see a lot of pokemon collector’s told me to feel the card for grooves in the pattern and if it has it then they are real and if not then they are fake and i only paid $12 for them.
That’s your mistake. If it is too good to be true, it probably is.

As discussed on eBay, these are 100% fake. You should cancel the purchase and/or return them for a refund.
The seller doesn’t offer returns and with a tracking number it would be hard to get my money back
If you have a tracking number, shouldn’t it be easier? When you get the items put forward a claim stating that they aren’t as described.
But i would still have to return them even if the seller doesn’t accept returns wouldn’t i.
Anything you read in the description, including and not limited to; return policies, restocking fees etc are not valid. If the item is not as described or counterfeit, submit a claim and get your money back. It’ll take a few days depending on how the seller responds, but ebay will side with you. Do not pay for shipping back either.
