Shedinja (S4 Volt Tackle) literally has a dead person on it! Curious to see if this will be changed for Vivid Voltage.

Pokemon Ruby Pokedex entry - “SHEDINJA’s hard body doesn’t move - not even a twitch. In fact, its body appears to be merely a hollow shell. It is believed that this POKéMON will steal the spirit of anyone peering into its hollow body from its back.”

No matter how many times I look at this photo I cannot understand the perspective lol. Where is the rest of the mans body? Why is there a large piece of fur behind shedinja? What is happening?

If you see the before and after on the two different cards I believe it made a little more sense, like shedinja going through a portal or something

Some messed up Pokedex entries:

1. Phantump: These Pokémon are created when spirits possess rotten tree stumps. They prefer to live in abandoned forests.

2. Dusclops: Its body is hollow. It is said that those who look into its body are sucked into the void. (Alternative from Flashfire: Anyone who dares peer into its body to see its spectral ball of fire will have their spirit stolen away.)

3. Yamask: Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry.

Wtf, Yamask? What Pokemon trainer would be consciously catch the ghost of a former human and let it fight for him? The Pokemon Universe is a dark, grim place.

Hey all, with Halloween being near and this being my 666th post, I thought this would be a nice opportunity to take a look on the dark side of our hobby. My older brother wanted to play through a Pokemon game in High School. I let him play my copy of Pokemon Sapphire. One day as he is going to catch Kyogre he says to me, “why is this Kyogre pink?”. Naturally I start freaking out. He found a shiny Pokemon… A Legendary at that! For some unknown reason, I let him try and catch it… the scariest part?

He fainted it.
