I ripped open 2 ex DF packs:
17.09 g: holo Kingdra ex, reverse holo mantine
17.59 g: non-holo mantine, reverse holo switch
Can’t really explain why Kingdra was in the lighter pack! I weighed each pack 3 times before opening.

Hey, I’ve got 4 1st ed Gym Heroes Boosters 3 of which have weighed over 22g, heaviest is at 22.39g, didnt see any weights near that on the spreadsheet. Im also very new here was wondering if any of you have thoughts of why theyre so heavy? From looking ive seen some jungle packs contain 12 cards instead of 11 so idk if maybe thats happened here, any response would be amazing!!
are they long packs (does gym heros even have long packs?)

Nope, these packs are just normal 1st Edition short crimp! And yeah I believe they did long crimp for gym heroes and challenge but any sets after only have short crimp and blisters available

Bought another 1st edition gym challenge pack at 21.00, will update results when I get it and open it

@nostalgiaoldbird , thank you! And no, we got at least 6 heavy packs out of the purchase (and that’s just what we’ve opened; there are a few borderline packs). I was hoping for 5/14, so to get 6 was pretty great! The 6 holos were:
Scyther ex
Sneasel ex
Magmar ex
Hariyama
Swampert
Manectric
So overall pretty decent pulls! Was hoping for a Mewtwo or Sceptile, but getting the Swampert and Scyther was good enough for me

TRR packs seem to have a very narrow weight range (I’ve never seen one above 17.85g and I’ve never seen one below 17.5g) and seem difficult to weigh relative to other sets.
I ended up selling it to someone who opened it fortunately for me. Unfortunate for them. They knew the risk though.
17.73g EX Deoxys Heavy. Got a holo slaking and a rev holo slakoth, interesting combo. RIP, my gs rayquaza dream, lol.
