yeah, if not worse. Some BW sets had varying degrees of pull rates. Some of the Plasmas, Dark Explorers and Next Destinies had even worse average rates than that lol

Yup. Now imagine trying to grade them in PSA 10. How much are boxes going for now?
Funny enough, it took me only two copies of the PLS Charizard to get a 10. Blastoise is a different story though lol. Plasma Storm boxes are ~$300. Dark Explorers boxes are worth the most ($400+).
last time i checked, theyre around the 5-$600 range, at the least. Ive seen em go for $700, at this point. Dark Explorers SRs are pretty insane. Especially your SR Pokemon Catcher, hisoka. God bless your soul for finding that one. DEs FAs are innately terrible condition, as well. The Raikou, from mine and others personal experiences, is one of the hardest FAs to get mint, along with a select few others.
That Raikou FA was a PSA 10 Pop 0 for a lonngg time. I think this year someone finally got a 10 on it.

I actually have myself pulling one on video from when the set came out. I never uploaded it anywhere but eventually I probably will haha I was like 16 years old at the time. But yeah the odds of a black and white secret rare were 1 in 3 boxes.
I pulled both of mine from a Froakie 3-pack pin blister and a Walmart reprint Drifblim blister. But real talk, these two are notorious for having awful centering.

I opened something like 8 PLS boxes when they were first released. I pulled 1 Blastoise, 1 Charizard, and 3 Random Receivers.
That’s an amazing SR pull rate but getting 3 Random Receivers is like kissing your sister.

between charizard and blastoise? Charizard, by far. Pulling a mint Blastoise is harder, though.

looks like the psa 10 was up. Pretty nice. But im expecting a 9 anyway cause dem centeringz lol. The psa 10 that was up the other day had similar centering, but the average grading decision is going to be a 9 on this kind of centering. So i aint expecting a 10.
THe psa 10 i was talking about has dissapeared. THere was 2 of them up recently. ONly one is there now. BUt the price on the other one was a bit cheaper.
This one here below is centered better then the copy i got, and its just very difficult to find one like this below.

hes opened more plasma then anyone ive seen… and HIS pulled like 6 charizards now, but still hasnt pulled a single blastoise.
or it might be that he pulled 1 blastoise.

AAhhh and i think this might have been the zard i was talking about. Looks identical centering to the one i got, mines clean as on the back… Well will see i guess lol.
