First time I’ll have to change my Visa Electron at Paypal. I recently got new one, just removed old from pp and updated new info there. Everything seems to be in order imo. , just wondering do I have to make any changes at ebay or am I ready to continue selling/buying as before? 
You should only have to change Paypal - when you go to check out on eBay just double check that it lists the correct payment method under your Paypal. I switch between a few payment methods I have added in Paypal, never have an issue unless I forget to double check I’m on the right one.

I had a small hunch this might be the case but still wanted to hear opinion from other people. Just made test purchase with cheaper item and it works totally fine.
Oh yeah, while visiting my internet bank earlier today I noticed there’s 1 euro pending from account I’ve linked to my cc. This is normal thing as well ( iirc. same happened when I was creating my Paypal account years ago and had to add cc info there ) ?
Yeah they usually issue a low charge and refund it that way they can confirm it is a valid account. It was the same with my banks.
Right, gotta check that thing again within few days in case the 1 euro payment has been completed.

Just adding extra emphasis: make sure you double check the card you are paying with for eBay purchases through PayPal every time. It has a nasty habit of shifting about or reverting despite settings when you first begin using a new card. I’ve made purchases with the wrong card accidentally before and it’s very, very easy. Especially with that physical habit built up of just clicking pay.
