thats great but my concern is PSA being PSA might just grade them under normal holo and not no rarity holo cause I labeled them wrong. Gonna call them tomorrow and let them know.
Even if PSA graded them under the normal label the card inside is still the no rarity. Just a change of the cases would do. However if you are concern of how they would handle the cards since they are submitted via bulk then you better call them up ASAP and change it to a better service level.
You need to relax. It’s not like PSA is going to go damaging your cards just because of the submission service you used. They don’t care, the service is the same either way. Only the time estimations change. Also, don’t worry about the label used, it’s not a big deal, most of your clientele isn’t going to care. If they do it’s a few dollars to change the label.
As for @missingno my gosh dude, it’s not like the cards are going anywhere. You don’t need instant gratisfaction. So what if the info comes in a few months instead of a few days. It doesn’t change anything. You still aren’t likely to find packs yourself. Besides, smart people already know the truth.
It was more of a tounge in cheek comment. I’ve been saying for years now that no rarity cards can come out of booster and deck boxes only to have waves of people discredit it because ‘there’s no video proof’.
yeah i agree oz needs to chill out and have some fun. the meme he posted is good start though
my master trolling has taken its effect on him. Noone is safe from my musk.
I’m super stoked about finally getting documentation!
No Rarity Base Set is probably the most elusive Pokemon TCG set in existence. Acquiring a sense of history behind it is going to be so relieving. Good luck @legendaryblu
if gambling were allowed on the forum I would literally make a wager that there will be no documentation coming from here. just sayin’, I know it’s harsh
It is MOST LIKELY no rarities come from the packs and/or decks. Unless 100% confirmed we cannot say inconclusively where they come from even if it is almost certain from our guesstimates. Our community tends to cement facts before they have set, take the snap promos for example: at one time it was believed by the pokemon community that the winners received one of each of the different cards now we know 20 copies were given of the winner’s photo etc. There are many examples like this out there, I believe it does a disservice to our community as it may lessen the perception and validity of our hobby.
Perhaps I am overly protective but it is because I love Pokemon and its history especially since we need to as a community uncover it for ourselves sometimes. People including myself, look to E4 for answers and the history behind our hobby. There really is no ther place where discussions like this take place.
Translated text on Japanese sites does not equivocate proof especially since most of them are personal blog posts, do they help our cause? Yes, but do they 100% prove anything no.
It is always better to continue towards the truth rather than settle on personal hunches.
Multiple listings have the deck and books with them, and the no rarities.
Its quite safe to say the 1st printed decks had them. Even though there is no video proof. THe decks in these listings with no rarities have arrived at a couple of peoples places with the number 1 rule book, the no rarities and yeah the 104-01 deck box.
That being said there is absolutely no listings of the short packs arriving at somebodies house that i know of from the community along with the no rarities. So there is a theory that the packs themselves had no rarities in them, but when they corrected the future contents inside the 104-01 and the short packs they continued to use the 104-01 post code boxes for the 2nd and 3rd print run, and they continued to use the short packs they had left over from the 1st print run to package a bunch of unlimited cards from the 2nd print. This would explain why people have opened short packs and they have unlimited in them… but is it true that the short packs ever had no rarity in them, the same as the decks??? There is no video, and soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo we wait.
Theres so much evidence though for the decks, there is no doubt there.
Rememeber peeps there is also the pokemon posters and books that show the no rarities in them also.
Now that i have bestowed my knowledge of this theory in regards to the PACKS, that one of my friends told me… WHo if reading will be quite mad… You shall all go forth and search and find the short packs. and try your luck, just like the decks. I can assure the ods of you pulling no rarities in the packs might be or might not be greater then pulling no rarities from the 104-01 decks. One things for sure, being the 1st print run, and supposably destoryed recalled or whatever they did… The chances are going to be 0.000000000000000000000001
I know someone recently opened there 2 decks and teased the shit out of me, i nirly died. lol.
