they might as well just pregrade them with psa since that is what will happen to them anyway. or at least stick them in a card saver so they are “psa ready”

Doubt it will be Edinburgh since UK got it last year but it would be so good if it was. Could provide so much amazing (and free) stuff to do in a relatively small area and plenty of good places to eat.

I was guessing based on logistics for The pokemon company to get to. As much as Id love Australia to be the location, i think it would be difficult to get all competitors there.
