Hello everybody, I have some cards which I could not find anything about (which is why I bought them a few years ago). I knew about the pikachus with the stamp from LPPcollecting, but I could not find anything about these 2 stamps from the DP era. Does anyone have any idea what events these stamps are from or any other info about the cards?

Since you already saw the Pikachu, you probably already know - These were custom hot stamps made for a local tournament from LPPCollecting.
The earliest Internet Archive for LPPCollecting is from 2010. There might be some info on there?
They still have a store front. I’m sure if you contact them, they’ll be able to provide additional info about the specific event 
(I was so worried the Snorunt was some sort of test print when I first opened the thread and my heart sank lol)
As @biirdbots suggested I would recommend reaching out to them on facebook, whatsapp or by email via the website, I also found a more specific email lucapozzi@lppcollecting.it from an event organiser from the 2008 period you could also try but not sure if it would still be in use as of today.
I had an hour or so poking around the internet archive this morning but couldn’t find anything relating to a “gran prix” tournament unfortunately, the earlier archive seems to end late 2008 and updates again with the link already shared above in 2010.

since anyone could do this, you want to ask them about it. Even then, I wouldn’t be so confident in owning it. Same with COLLECTOR charizard.
