I purchased a PSA 8 base blastoise no stage error recently with the new PSA case.
I want to crack it open to put it into my binder, i’ve looked for videos on how to crack open PSA cases but I don’t see any video with the ones that were released a week ago. i did find some videos about cracking open the old? hologram cases.
Is it the same process? I’ve never cracked any PSA graded cards before.
It would be the same process, they changed the label but not the case. cut off a corner then stick a flat screw driver in where the label is and pry it open. not hard at all, just be careful not to slip with the screw driver.
Just remember to send the label to PSA to remove it from population.
Ask Gary, he’s a professional when it comes to cracking. 
But seriously, don’t make it a “No HP” Blastoise by jamming a screwdriver into it.

I’d also recommend trying it on some lower-graded cards you have that you don’t really care about. These cases are not meant to be opened and it’s very easy to damage the card. Wear gloves/eye protection as you’ll have plastic going everywhere.

I half way expect a change in cases to come.
How can you return the labels to them? Mail, email (picture)…?
Just an envelope with minimum postage.
