I received my two UPCs preorder from Pokemon Center US today. 
Also, Gamestop told me my preorder there will be ready for pickup tomorrow.
This product was very easy to preorder at MSRP.
Pkmn center order will arrive Saturday and Target comes tomorrow.
I am pleased to see this isn’t a flippers product. Lowest on eBay right now is $160 shipped. If someone bought at MSRP plus sales tax, they would clear less than their initial cost after fees and shipping.

Reporting a situation of panic here.
Several LGS are having an over stock of these, since people cancelled several orders cause they found MSRP or even lower than that.
A couple of them adviced that a second “big” round of supply is coming. The secondary market is flooded with zard promos for as low as the 3 promos for $80.
Funny to see the first impressions.

I am surprised some people are doing express grading on the promos. They are massively overproduced cards and every month more and more people are learing just to wait, instead of buying the first to market 10

Promos look amazing, but unfortunately the condition was not. Each promo had a dent in the same corner for me. I just wanted to open one, but may end up opening the other. Might just end up buying some more sealed promos.

Honestly, I’m tired of seeing Charizard getting more spotlight over other Pokémon but, ya know, whatever. Pokémon knows Charzar = Money machine go brr.
Anyways, I’m kinda glad that it seems like there is a lot of supply of this coming out at least. I’m not personally getting any of them because the product doesn’t scratch any specific collecting itch for me. I’m not interested in the Charizard promos or the packs or the 10 sq ft of cardboard it comes in

I’m not sure who is using the actual boxes they come in but it just seems like they take up too much space. Makes more sense if you’re just getting one for a collection and using it for card storage but it seems like the majority of folks buying these are holding them or flipping them. And then there’s the folks that are gonna be chasing the first PSA 10 for all the promos to sell first at $1,000 each. Average pandemic Pokémon move.
On that topic, I have noticed the people that have opened the promos seem to either have some print quality issues (off center/denting on corners/bits of whitening). Maybe that’ll make getting 10’s a bit harder?

And maybe a Team Rocket UPC? I’d buy that for sure. Can you imagine?? 3 special art team rocket promos? Bro. Team Rocket Special Case 2.0 but way more affordable

Hopefully a nail in the coffin for massively marked up LGS preorders, but I doubt it. I remember preordering shining fates etb with a local LGS and on release day they texted me saying my ETB was ready for pickup and would be like 120. I was like Lol youre kidding and just ignored them and didn’t pick it up. LGS’ have just been doing preoders at the highest price they can get out new products. I get theyre a business just trying to make money but im sure as fuck not spending 3x msrp for a new product from my LGS, especially if it was a preorder for said item.
All in all I’m super glad pokemon printed this to oblivion and showing scalpers, LGS’ and ‘investors’ alike that even something like this charizard overloaded product is not a free money machine in todays collecting world.
I got mine today, but haven’t opened it up yet… can’t decide if I want to keep it sealed and purchase the promos separately.

I opened 4 UPCs.
First: bad centering on the Charizards.
Second: better, but the VMAX was still bad
I took the gamble and opened two more. Those were much better. I got some good 10 candidates. One of my Charizard V cards is an especially good 10 candidate.
Now I am left with the grading dilemma. Not sure if I should express the strongest one, or just send all 9 and 10 candidates at $15 bulk.

I think he means cases of 4 UPCs are not sealed. If the single UPC wasn’t sealed, that would be a dumpster fire

Same here. Everything is sold out, but I’m not in any rush to get one — I’ll just wait until everything is restocked. It’s a good thing Charizork isn’t my favourite Pokémon.
