I will add, @TCGFish is collating the data on every card as we speak. This data will be viewable on graphs with years of older price points to compare the new sales to.

From my experience, its now slightly early to draw any conclusions from the data yet, prob will need another 2 months of market data to show the trend, it takes time to stable and get a clear view.
But Jac2357 does have a point, I really like the following comment, this is true.

Also important to keep in mind the vast majority of people relabeling to 10s havenāt even got their cards back yet (I.e. me). So definitely way too early.
After nationals we should start seeing a ton more new labels hitting the market.

I think it make sense to wait a few months after the initial dump (cause thereās going to be a lot more dropped on the market soon) to see where it stabilizes

Does anyone have any data on how often a cgc reholder results to a damage/decrease in grade?
I did a reholder from cgc to psa last April and 1 out of 20 cards got downgraded from Gem Mint to NM+ due to employee damage.
So with that experience in mind, i am now hesitant to get reholders without any information, as i am originally planning to reholder multiple high value cards including some in the 5 to 6 digits.
I doubt anyone would have numbers like that. If I had to guess itās probably a wildly low number for high value reholders.

Just noticing the new pricing now with error fee removed! I have a stack of raw error cards Ive been saving, but havenāt sent for the extra error costs for my pc was too much. I had heard you could just submit without paying the extra error fee, butā¦ what if they didnt come back with the error label? What a waste! haha Ill actually send a batch off this week then. Pretty competitive pricing + much faster turnaround time than PSA. Iāve only submitted 1 or 2 times before, but Ill give CGC another shot.

Another Lugia is up to 13k with a day left and the bidding seems pretty legit. So still seems like a pretty huge jump from the 9.5 regardless of where this one ends.
Welp. Another auction ruined by what I would assume is blb shill bidding their own auction.
Last legit bids were around 23k. Iām assuming they must have overpaid for this card because otherwise I donāt get the logic. Once more of them hit the market itās not going to help.

None of these prices make much sense. The lugia 4x in price since the cgc change. I swear it was like 3.8k before the change. And the shadowless zard was like 10-15k before the change. By that logic of how much the lugia went up the zard should be closer to like 40k. However they both getting shilled up since itās on eBay.
The Lugia was selling for 5-6k in both BGS and CGC 9.5 for a while prior. But yeah itās still a wild jump. We need one to actually go up by someone other than these IG resellers before we have any real idea.
But the recent bid history on this Lugia at 13k had like 3 people with over 500 feedback, and 5 with close to 200 or more. Could still be shill bidding but itās not the trailer park kind.

Psa 10 shadowless charizard is around 70k. Also thought a cgc 10 sold for line 63k a few months back?
Cgc 10 pristine sold for 63k not the cgc 10 gem mint. My guess for the cgc 10 gem mint shadowless charizard is maybe somewhere like 30-35k ish assuming the cgc 10 gem mint lugia is actually selling between 15-20k ish.
