eBay is fine typically but these IG resellers are likely just shill bidding so when they sell on Isntagram they can lie and use their own auction as a market point. This Lugia is a probstein so usually the only person who might be shilling it is the owner. But they typically wouldn’t be the one to actually win it.
The cgc 10 lugia currently on probstein price is kinda confirming the price of the lugia that sold for like 17k last week. Really shows then that the cgc 10 gem mint price is more than tripled than the old cgc gem mint 9.5 price
Looks like Black Label Blaster has relisted all of those auctions that were won by shill bidders (probably himself). Except this time he started the bids at the price the final shill bid won at last time lol.

But also, let’s call a spade a spade. If you have a name like “Black Label Blaster,” I’m pretty sure that your shtick is pumping cards with perceived quality increases (e.g., Black Label vs. PSA 10; CGC 10 Gem Mint vs CGC 9.5 Gem Mint).

It’s a 391xxxxxxx cert. for some reason sending cards in for reholder is scarier than submitting raw cards for grading for some reason. How to properly pack and ship these

Oh man those new CGC labels are gorgeous. 
Pristine label does look better in person. For some reason the textured gold doesn’t show well in some pictures because of lighting but it’s perfectly clear in person.
