I got this one shortly after the torchic. I got it graded as a raw card and spent $800 with grading fees included. Unfortunately I did end up trading it a couple months later for a Japanese shining Gyarados. The trade I regret the most tbh

I also got this beauty around October, just forgot to post it before the Torchic. Got the Treecko as a small birthday present for myself. Graded it, and it was pretty good for my first grading experience

Around Thanksgiving I got this Metagross gold star for an absolute steal! It was one of my friend’s favorite cards though so I sold it to him for pretty much break even because he helped me get my Pokémon collection started and introduced me to the deeper parts of the hobby.

Love this journey and seeing your progression so far! The Gold Stars are a tall task to complete at this point but it is definitely do-able with patience and a little it of luck long term.

How do you have so much money to throw around at 18 :rowllet: Nevertheless, it will be an uphill battle to get every card in PSA 10. Good luck!

Honestly I really don’t, (also I’m only 17…don’t let PayPal know) but I was able to acquire a decent amount from vending singles tbh

Here was the crown jewel of my collection for awhile PSA 10 Kyogre Gold Star. I bought it from TCAGaming around the beginning of December and held it for awhile until I needed to get a new laptop. I eventually sold it to help pay for that and had to recoup the money used for the laptop purchased
through graduation money and my summer job.

Here’s my newest addition to the collection! My pikachu gold star that I sent in for grading about a week or two ago came back… a 9!! Really psyched about this one because I love pikachu, and I was able to get the raw copy for a pretty decent price.
