Machamp holo error?

Has anyone come across this holo error on a base set machamp? Ignore the crease it was damaged on delivery -.-

The machamp character ink itself is over top of the holo texture.

Could be fake or just really damaged

The card is real as far as i can tell, i have multiple copies and the colours are identical. Other than the crease and some edge silving there is no other damage on the card. The pattern is similar to this card but on mine is most visible on the holo.
