Used to have one but they recently forced KYC on me so I’m looking for someone with a JP mercari account that can ask for discounts on items in return of a percentage of the money saved with the discount, communication could be done through Telegram or Signal and paid on a monthly basis through PayPal. I’m sure more people here could also benefit from this service. 
Wouldn’t Buyee 20% off coupon be easier?
I usually ask for discounts and still use the Buyee coupons, not looking for someone to make purchases, just negotiate.
My question is, could a virtual number work for Mercari?
They don’t, I knew someone in Japan who borrowed me his but after a couple of months they forced KYC.

So let’s say I travel to Japan for 2 weeks next year, can’t I get a cell number in order to sign up in Mercari or other platforms? What a pity
I think it would only work temporarily till they force a kyc. I think all organizations now force a mandatory periodic kyc.
