Logan Paul & Cryptozoo [Warning: drama]

The “problem” Logan was trying to prevent was him not making as much money as he wanted - from a “game” that was never functional in the least and that he never paid or refunded anyone for.
The scammers scammed each other and push all the blame away from themselves, while the only true victims are the people that invested money in this fraudulent project.

This post is NSFW.

“Zoo” is slang for beastiality porn and companies naming their shill projects “MetaZoo” and “Zoo Coin” all sound like they’re launching dark web exchanges of illicit material involving sex with animals.

People say “Stagecoach, it’s weird that you know this. Why do you know the street name for this kind of content. This probably would not occur to most people.” Well now you know and now you too will grimace and cringe at the thought of a cryptocurrency called “zoo” and have your stomach turn at the fear of typing “MetaZoo.com” into your browser and coming up with some tube site dedicated to people jerking off horses.

And I know what you’re thinking: both of these projects are coincidentally inspired by the term for cryptozoology — the study of fictitious or undiscovered creatures. This certainly does not call to mind the content described above. This is cool! But the word “zoo” is the least innocuous fragment of this terminology to co-opt. They picked the wrong part of the word.

Anyway, that’s my non sequitur I could not keep to myself any longer. You can either laugh or churn but I guarantee you it makes people’s cagey way of hype marketing where they don’t directly refer to the product all the more darkly hysterical when you know what the terminology they use refers to in other places.

Yikes, nothing like weird, solicited factoids I wasn’t expecting to get haha. Honestly though, this info is good to store away for later in the event it ever becomes relevant to avoid a site or whatev. Good looking out, @stagecoach.

So pretty much: Logan and his team tried to scam or self-rig their own coin for their community, but instead got Rug Pulled by Crypto King & the Dev Manager in which Crypto King is claiming to be the victim.

Crypto King:

At the end of the day:
Cryto King walked away with 6 Million
Jake Paul: Got caught holding the bag -100,000
Jake Paul’s Manager: Got Caught holding the Bag -100,000
Jake Paul’s fake Cypto Dev Manager: Walked away with ~1.3 Million
Jake Paul’s Fans: Got Caught Holding the Bag -Millions

TLDR: Scammers scamming fans but instead got scammed by inner scammers of the scamming group

Coffezilla did a great job on investigating crypto projects and their founders. Including FTX. BUT he has a tendency to not shine the light on the .1% of crypto projects who are legit and actually trying to solve a real problem. Just like the dot com era and any other fomo movement always gonna have bad apples unfortunately we are talking millions and billions of dollars in fraud with the majority.

What problem are these projects trying to solve?

Lowering disputes between two parties. Such as invoices or contracts. These are still tracked by most enterprises by email or by mail. Which technically can be solved by a Blockchain. And I’m not talking crypto is the future. But you can easily see how large enterprises can benefit from that technology.

The fact other people have money that they haven’t scammed them out of yet.

Why would he shine light on that? If only .1% of projects are legit, and he shines a light on those, then people might think most projects are legit, and invest in the 99.9% scam projects.

Well I mean there are always good things hiding in the bad. Depends on your risk tolerance I guess.

His channel is more about exposing fraud or shady behavior more than the actual crypto projects themselves. If 99.9% of projects are useless or scams perhaps his focus on them is warranted

More importantly it’s probably a huge liability for his reputation if anything he promotes ends up being a scam or rugpull or whatever. And it’s got huge conflict of interest vibes

I agree some % of crypto projects may prove to be useful but I don’t think his channel is the place for that and if they truly are value-positive, they will float to the top over time regardless

That’s just my 2c

Also the actually useful projects are probably also boring af and wouldn’t make good youtube content anyway

I can wire $50,000 B2B for TWENTY FIVE dollars from my phone on the toilet. Crypto can do the latter, but not the former. The best thing is my money is kept in an account where if some greasy kid in the bahamas takes my money, it’s federally insured.

I realized crypto was garbage when someone would only accept crypto for a pokemon card. The guy couldn’t even effectively explain a reasonable way to buy and get the crypto to him. He sent me to youtube videos. I spent 6 hours on a sunday trying to figure out how to buy this infamous currency that was going to somehow replace fiat currency. I gave up when i went to BITCOIN.COM and they wanted ~7% to initially buy it, then ~7% to send it. Trash. Bitcoin.com didn’t even have a reasonable solution.

I convinced everyone I knew to sell off this garbage and now it’s down 70%. Still have yet to hear a compelling argument. I can send money for ZERO percent with paypal, cashapp, venmo. You get CASHBACK from credit card purchases. I can wire money SAFELY for $25… crypto can’t solve a problem that’s not even there.

Completely agree. As crypto will never solve a fiat currency issue from person to person. I’m not chilling anyone a coin and never would. But not everything is a scam in that market. Pokemon went through a similar hype train with a lot of scams out there obviously not as many. But a lot people did buy 1st ed booster packs thinking every card would grade a 10. And most were burned due to lack of research. But each market goes through cycles. Nobody knows the future which is why we all speculate and argue in any market. I continue to collect pokemon, buy stocks, and buy crypto cause I feel they are will go through yet again another cycle and I like doing it lol.

You can’t equate stock or Pokemon cards with crypto. There is zero underlying value in crypto. It’s a game of duck, duck, goose. That’s it.

“Can we agree we have all been duped”

This team of evil avengers was like the dream team. Might as well go ahead and rename themselves Team Rocket.

Better yet this seems like the scene from Robin Hood when Sheriff of Nautingham took everyone’s money :moneybag:
