I think it would reflect badly on any Pokemon creators jumping in to fund this proven scammer.
I remember the interest and speculation around the first one and there was a lot of talk about how it was worth the investment just for the shoutouts. I wonder if that is still the case around logan paul or has the influencer hype been diluted in recent years? Also there was a lot of conversation about psa10s at the first break but with so many more box breaks around covid, are the expectations still there for high quality cards?
Any 1st edition pack is beyond my means, let alone a box break like this, and i try not to interact with his style of content so I wont be watching it directly but its always fun to see others be excited about a shared interest.
Putting insecurities about Logan aside, 1st Ed Base box breaks rarely happen now. We were spoiled having these occur so frequently. Also it will be interesting to see if this opening will replenish supply like it did in 2020.

I’m not as bothered as others may be about this event. If rich people want to do rich things with their rich friends, so be it.
If this event helps others to remember or develop their love for Pokemon, then I am all for it. Pokemon is a wonderful hobby to have, and I could not care less how someone became a fan.
