It’s hard to see without the card in front of you but I believe it’s a Pikachu with a Psyduck behind it. Classic Komiya art gives some slight distortion to the facial features but once you know the Pokemon it’s slightly easier to make out.

When Azurill was introduced in Generation III, the interaction between its 75/25 gender split and Marill’s even 50/50 gender split caused some female Azurill to evolve into male Marill. This has led some to champion Marill as a trans-masculine Pokémon icon. I picked Asako Ito’s wonderful crochet cards to represent this aspect; the Fairy-type pink and Water-type blue mimicking the gender contrast, and the sad Azurill Growing Up and evolving into a confident Marill. Trans rights!
