This might be a bit controversial, but I think Chandelure makes a great nazgul.
The 9 mortal men, who would be kings, their souls and trapped by the rings.
The Mega form has a crown, but because these 9 will be bound in servitude, they’re never truly be sovereign masters of their own fate.

I also see Beren and Lúthien here when they meet for the very first time.

Beren is very small here, but for a mortal man the difference seems legit. And the atmosphere, (dancing in the moonlight) is very convincing to me.
(Also their story is only mentioned by Aragorn in LotR.)
