This video was pretty awesome, I appreciate their enthusiasm. I just wish we can normalize the practice of IMMEDIATE SLEEVING cards. They gave me slight anxiety flinging cards around like monkeys!
Always amazes me how unprepared people are for these types of events. Like…you’re going to open packs worth thousands but you don’t have the sleeve and card saver ready to go? The person who pulls the card should be the one that sleeves it…not doing some sort of pass it around the room situation.
I like that he wore his mask and unlike all other events, not just pokemon related, where everyone wears the mask up until the point of photo ops or some close interaction. What’s the point!
Honestly good on him for being safe and a good example for the hobby. I’m happy that it’s him getting these pulls.
Call me cynical but Leonhart’s pulls are always good. Like, always. And his reactions are a bit too over the top. Plus the way he behaves while opening packs in videos with good pulls is just different than his videos with bad pulls.
Like I said, call me cynical, but…
Actually we’ve spent a lot of time together and believe me, he’s totally legit. Reactions and all. His pulls, overall, are really proportional to what the odds dictate when considering weighed and unweighed packs.
Oh, and those packs in the op’s video weren’t Lee’s nor did he pull the Charizard.
His pulls are def not always good lol you can easily see whether the video will be good or not just based off the title. If it says something like “it was pulled!” or “$200,000 card pulled!” or “We finally got it!” in the title it will probably be some heat.
If it’s something like this title it’s going to be trash lol:
