Legit Mario Pikachu box? Advice needed

Hi all, long time no see!

I have the chance to buy one of my grails, a sealed Mario Pikachu box. I received some photos from the seller. To me it looks legit, based on all the videos and photos I found online. Hoping to get some confirmation here from the experts :). Thanks all

Personally I would only buy one if I could open it up in front of the seller.

Otherwise I would request a CT scan on it.

The wrapping is too easy to fake

I see no red flags, but it’s impossible to authenticate sealed product, especially with a clear seal. I would make sure you buy from a trusted and reputable seller, or you get some kind of provenance for the box.

I dont see any red flags either, looks very similar to my boxes. With something like this buying from a reputable source is very important especially if you are not planning to open it.

I recently opened two Mario boxes. I’ve also recently opened 5 fake poncho boxes. A decent way to check if the box itself has any damage that is not showing on the seal itself.

And my best advise is to feel the wrapper. Every fake that I’ve encountered the wrapper is just too thick feeling. The real ones are very thin material.

What’s the weight? The weight of the box is usually quite precise.

Thanks I am planning to weigh the box, read that it should be around 257g. Do you have any data about the weight of these boxes?
